Very friendly and kind, but the inspection during the routine oil change needs some double checking. (the negative terminal was just barely on) I noticed it the next day.

I showed up unannounced on a Saturday because I was hearing an ominous sound while driving and I felt that it was serious. I spoke to Tony who was on duty and he was very sympathetic.
