The Avon Acura Team was informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Mr. Daniele processed the sale through to completion and spent the time to explain all of the intricacies on the 2019 TLX. The Finance manager explained the best plans available for the us “the customers” And the office support staff and service team? Excellent. Maybe they still have the 2018 RLX: sweet ride!

The front desk folks are always kind and accommodating! I was told exactly how much the repairs would cost, given a loaner because it would take a while, and called when the work was done. Also, I appreciate not being upsold. The agent told me that he would check to see whether another repair was warranted next time I was in.
